Rockhound Rally Question

Postby wxm8562 » Mon Jul 22, 2019 12:58 pm

I'm in New York State and thinking about coming up to Canada for the Rockhound Rally in August, but I have a few questions that I'm having some trouble finding answers to.

1. can US street plated bikes do the ride?
2. Can anyone who has done the ride comment on the difficulty and their overall experience? My wife is new to riding off-road and has never done an organized dual sport ride so she's a little nervous about course difficulty. We're looking at riding in the Bronze class which is categorized as easy-medium terrain.

I'm surprised no one has answered this. I guess the dual sporters are lurking elsewhere.
The answer to your query's are; Yes your US plated scoots are legal here.
The degree of difficulty should be well within your range. The Rally Connex people are very adept at providing routes for novice riders.
You can't bring your hand guns though!
