Entry: Pre-entry $60.00
Post entry $80.00
*Offroad Ontario membership required* Will accept FMSQ membership as well.
Bring membership card
*Note: Go to http://www.offroadontario.ca to register and receive membership.
Will be a $20.00 charge added if registering at event.
There will be a one time charge of $15 for the dual RFID scoring tag
which will be affixed under peak of helmet. Last year’s tag is still good.

All racers must have a LiveLaps online account before the Beagle Bash
and to register on-line for the event.

Shorten course for selected classes.

Sign-in: If you have pre-entered.
Go to sound test and tech inspection first
Bring helmet, Offroad Ont membership card and $15 to sign-in
table. Wrist band will be programmed to row number.
Scoring tag will be mounted if needed and programmed.
If you are post entering
Go to sound test and tech inspection first.
Bring helmet to sign-in table.
If you do not have an Off Road membership or Livelaps rider’s account, these will need to be created on-line.
Come early for it will take time.
Pre-entry stays open till Saturday April 29 at 4:00 pm. Take
advantage of this and save yourself some frustration and time.
At post entry table, receive row number, pay entry fee and tag fee.
Then have tag mounted and wrist band programmed.

Times: Keytime: 9:30 am
Go to sound test and tech inspection first.
Sign-in Sunday 7:00 to 9:00.
Riders meeting 9:00
One gas truck for two gas stops. Need only one can.

Classes: Pro, Expert, Intermediate, Veteran AA (40), Veteran A (40), Veteran B (40)
Veteran C (40), Novice A, Novice B, Novice C,
Ladies A, Ladies B
Note: Age as day of event
Motorcycle:
All motorcycles must be Ontario road legal. (Blue plated)
Working headlight, tail light, horn and mirror. Proper tires.
Bikes must be quiet. Maximum sound level of 94db as per test
procedure.
Spark arrestor required.
Bikes will be inspected at sound test prior to sign-in.
Scoring: Will be using electronic scoring by Live Laps.
In checks will be touch scoring and out checks will be touchless.
Possible to ride event with no timekeeping equipment or odometer.
Special test times can be added to the route time lost for the rider’s
total score.
Riders may arrive early at check points and wait for their due time
before crossing flags and checking into time control.
Riders can be late to an in check with no penalty. Time lost will count
only towards houring out.

Waivers: Entrants under eighteen must have parental waiver signed by both parents.

It is very far from Eastern Ontario, but racing is so fun :D

Will there be a route sheet posted for this event? Nice to print off the night before.

Route sheets will be available at sign-in. Reminder that entrants go to sound test FIRST. Then to sign-in with your helmet.
