Bike requirements?

For sprint enduros, what are the requirements in regards to plating and insurance? Most of our riding group have neither as we live north of north bay and, well, we never really get stopped unless we're crossing a road and an officer sees us (they usually tell us to push the bike across). There is also no trail system to speak of, just trails people have made.

No plate or insurance are required for sprint enduros. Just enjoy the ride.
